We want you to be completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with 143 Anywhere. Please read carefully our return and refund policies below.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Return and Refund Requests Policy

Our customers should know that by clicking the “check out” button, they agree to all our Returns and Refunds Policies.

In case our customer would like to request a return, they should email us at info@143anywhere.comOnce the return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please also note that leaving the order uncollected/not accepting the delivery does not count as a return. In this case we are unable to provide a full refund and you will be charged for all postal delivery costs.

Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all original tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

143 Anywhere does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item. The shipping costs of returning an item are the responsibility of the customer and they will be asked to hold onto the proof of return shipping (with tracking) to avoid lost packages. The total amount refunded will be minus the original shipping charges.

At the moment we do not offer a refund on sale items, however, we can offer store credit, to be used within a specific amount of time of the return. The total amount credited will be minus the original shipping charges.

These policies apply to domestic and international purchases. Claims will not be accepted after 14 days from the receipt of the item(s).

Pre-Order Items

Please choose carefully as 143 Anywhere does not offer order cancellations on pre-order items before they have shipped, unless in extenuating circumstances. You may return your pre-order items once received.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, return/refund applies for clothing items only. 

Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
