Pre-Orders

We offer a pre-order option on some of our items to minimize the wastage and overstocking of the products.

What does pre-ordering mean?
When you place an order on a pre-order item (as stated in the product description), you will go through the checkout process as normal and will be charged immediately, however the item will be shipped later. The estimated shipping time is stated on the product page, however, should the item be available sooner or, on a rare occasion, later, we will keep you informed. You will receive a shipping notification to your email once the item is on its way to you.

When do I receive my pre-order item?
The estimated shipping time is stated on the product page. Depending on the destination country, the delivery will take approximately 2-10 days. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for the estimated delivery times to different countries. Should the item be available sooner than the estimated shipping week, we will process the order immediately. Should there be a delay in the estimated shipping week, we will notify you of the same.

Can I cancel my pre-order item?

Please choose carefully as 143 Anywhere does not offer order cancellations on pre-order items before they have shipped, unless in extenuating circumstances. Your pre-order items begin production as soon as your order is placed, so it is important to be sure about your selection. Should you require assistance before you receive the shipping notification, please contact us at info@143anywhere.com immediately.

Can I return my pre-order item?
Pre-order items have the same return policy as in-stock items. Please see our Returns page for more information.
